Description

Terminalia chebula: It is good for increasing appetite, digestive aid, liver stimulant, stomachic, gastrointestinal prokinetic agent, and mild laxative. The powder of T. chebula fruits has been used in chronic diarrhea. It is used for nervous weakness and nervous irritability.

Vitis vinifera: Grape skin extract may have the ability to inhibit health complications such as diabetes, kidney lipotoxicity, prostate cancer, inflammation in the lung, oxidative damage after exposure to cigarette smoke, etc.

Lavandula stoechas: This plant is used as an antispasmodic in colic pain and for various diseases of the central nervous system, such as epilepsy and migraine. It also has positive effects on wounds, urinary tract infections, against eczema, and has analgesic, sedative, and antiseptic properties.

Cuscuta reflexa: Cuscuta reflexa has been investigated for antispasmodic, hemodynamic, anticonvulsant, anti-steroidogenic, antihypertensive, muscle relaxant, cardiotonic, antiviral, antibacterial, antioxidant, cholinergic, diuretic and hair growth activities.

Polypodium vulgare: Its uses include liver ailments, inflammation of the tissues around the lungs (pleurisy), worms, as a laxative, as an appetite stimulant, bronchitis, and dry irritable coughs.

Terminalia belerica: It has laxative, astringent, anthelmintic, and antipyretic properties and is used against various disorders like hepatitis, bronchitis, asthma, dyspepsia, piles, diarrhea, coughs, and eye disease.

Phyllanthus emblica: The plant is used both as a medicine and as a tonic to build up lost vitality and vigor.

Rosa damascena: It is used for the treatment of abdominal and chest pains, strengthening the heart, menstrual bleeding, digestive problems and constipation.

Cassia senna: This herb helps in managing constipation owing to its laxative property and maintains harmonious peristalsis of the large intestine.

Dosage

Approx: ½ to 1 teaspoonful to be taken with water at bedtime.
